Storm Damage Causes Sewer Damage

This Sioux Falls neighborhood experienced raw sewage backing up in several homes after a storm rolled through the area. The heavy rains on top of a still frozen ground caused a large amount of water to run through the city's storm drains. Many neighborhoods fell victim to the damages.
