Pre- Mitigation

This bathroom was saturated from storm damage after snow melted in an attic and rained down the walls.

The photos before photo shows the area before any work begins. We have used our equipment to assess the materials and understand what is what and the percentage of moisture it is holding.

Before drying begins. The baseboard is carefully removed and saved for re-install later.  The wet walls are measured and a blue snap line is drawn to ensure we cut the evenly and straight 2 feet up the wall. The after photo shows our steps in progress. Once the materials are removed we place our drying equipment to dry down the room.
