Water Logged in Sioux Falls

This water damaged basement in Sioux Falls was a result of a broken pipe that collapsed the ceiling. There were several gallons of water that filled the ceiling space. The weight of the water caused the ceiling to break apart and fall to the floor.

The first photo shows the aftermath. The second photo is during our process. We continued to remove the wet materials from the ceiling and floor.  The water ran down inside the walls. The walls and insulation were saturated. To dry down this basement we removed the walls. After cleaning up the water damage, we installed drying equipment and successfully removed all the moisture.
