In this Sioux Falls home a stove caught on fire and created smoke and fire damage in the main level. 

The hardwood floor near the stove was badly burned. Our team removed the charred flooring. We were able to sand the existing floor prepping to re-stain the floor. 

The first picture shows after the sanding was completed and cleaned. The after photo shows the floors after the staining process.
