Flooded Basement in Harrisburg, SD

Heavy rains on frozen ground caused the water to run into this lower level business, disrupting employees from their day to day routines.

The owners decided to dry the area themselves. They assumed that they could quickly clean up the area and get everyone back to work quickly.  Hidden behind the base was mold damage and the walls were still wet. The business owner was amazed that a small amount of water could cause so much problems and they truly needed professionals.

We installed dehumidification and used an air scrubber while removing the affected sheetrock.

The framing exposed was still saturated. We applied an anti-microbial agent and monitored the wet materials daily. In a few days they were back "Like it never even happened."
