Don't let mold get out of control

This year has brought a lot of water to our area. Meteorologist state this has been one of the wettest springs on record. 

Mold colonies begin to multiply as moisture sits in a material for too long. With moisture fueling this food source coupled by heat and humidity, mold can quickly spread. 

We use state of the art Thermal Imaging to help make sure our inspection of your home is thorough. We also have the ability to conduct indoor air quality testing. These samples help tell us what types of mold are present in the air and give us a count of spores to determine if they are in normal ranges.
