September EF-2 Tornadoes

Three EF-2 tornadoes tore through the Sioux Falls metro area on September 10th around midnight. They caused significant damage to businesses and residences, 37 in all. This commercial site had damage from the rooftop units being ripped off and tumbling across the roof. The building sustained heavy water damage to the contents and flooring. SERVPRO’s project managers and technicians, along with assistance from our large loss partners, were able to start the cleanup process the next morning. Large generators were used to supply power for the drying and cleanup equipment. Many hands make little work on projects of this size and we are so grateful to all that helped. We are proud to say that in a little over a week the business was able to re-open after this devastating storm. SERVPRO of West Sioux Falls is here to make it "Like it never ever happened."
