Over the past several months, what used to be normal is no longer normal and as a city, state and nation, we are navigating through what a new normal looks like and whether that new normal will be on-going for months, years to come or if we will gradually get back to what “used to be,” SERVPRO of Sioux Falls hopes you find that regardless of what happens, we are still and will remain the same SERVPRO we were a week, a month, a year or 50 years ago.  Circumstances whether it be natural disaster, fires, or pandemics will not change who we are.  We pride ourselves in our integrity, ethics, the quality of work we provide and most importantly customer service.   Our customers and their safety have and will always remain our top priority.  We will always be “faster to any disaster” and our services will always be available 24 hours a day, seven (7) days a week.  While the Covid pandemic has certainly been unprecedented, it is normal every day work for us as we are prepared for anything.
