Mold growth on drywall

A customer contacted SERVPRO of Sioux Falls this week while in the middle of a kitchen remodel. Upon removing a set of cabinets, the customer found a fairly extensive mold colony on the wall that had been covered up by the cabinet. 

They immediately placed a call to our team to get the issue sorted out quickly so their remodel could continue. After performing an estimate on the same day that we received the call, the customer agreed to our scope of work and we began the process of remediating the mold in the home. 

Our team loaded up on fungicide and got to work. We decided to remove a small portion of drywall as the mold was extensive and had grown through to the backside. After completion, our reconstruction crew got to work replacing the drywall! A total job process of three days got the homeowners back on track with their remodel.
