Sewage backed up through floor drain in cement basement.

SERVPRO of Sioux Falls recently completed a mold mitigation job in Salem, South Dakota. A member of our team arrived the next day to pick up our air scrubber, they noticed a mass of sewage had come up through the basement drain after a heavy rain event in the area. We immediately alerted the customer and made an agreement to send a team up to the area the next day to help clean and sanitize the affected space.
